Community Profile:
Our Community comprises of 206 luxury apartments distributed throughout twelve buildings, each with individual Portals. The unique architectural design of the modern buildings reflect traditional Spanish values both in style and colour.
Panorama Park is the principal community in the ‘bigger-picture’, that of Señorio de Punta Prima, a uniquely significant new beach-front resort development, situated just ten minutes South of Torrevieja in Alicante Province.
Panorama Park is established close to the shores of the Mediterranean sea, surrounded by lavish sub-tropical gardens, extensive green areas, two freeform swimming pools, and adjacent, we have the beauty of a landscaped Pitch 'n Putt course with waterfall, streams and lakes.
The Community of Panorama Park has an elected President and Management Team of owners to manage services and represent the community as a whole.
We employ professional Administrators and a wide range of specialist Service Providers in order to maintain high standards in the communal areas, buildings and gardens. Security in the complex is of paramount importance and operates around the clock with CCTV and professionally trained, uniformed patrol officers.

The extensive parkland, with walkways between Panorama Park and the shops, restaurants & bars of Don Quixote has been expertly upgraded and magnificently transformed over several months by unemployed youngsters from the Palangre III Gardening Workshop.
As part of this major project funded by the Valencian Employment Service, exercise equipment for use by senior citizens, a colourful & safe childrens' play area and even a 'Pipi Can' (toilet for dogs) has been thoughtfully provided. The whole shady garden area has been beautifully landscaped and planted with hundreds of sub-tropical flowering shrubs and flowers.
The gardens were officially opened by the Mayor of Torrevieja, Pedro Hernandez Mateo on 29th December, 2009. Congratulations on gaining valuable qualifications and work experience - And thankyou to everyone concerned for this superb improvement to our neighbourhood!
